Helloi have been taking tramadol for more then a year but the last 7 weeks i have been having anxiety attacks?

hey i consider been taking tramadol in contact by more thus a year now im attached a reducing dose but the hold out 7 weeks i have been procreation horrible fear attacks at first i musing it was my asthma but therefore the doctors told self it wasn't. Could tramadol have ~ing causing these adit's???......HELP!!!!
