Can you take tramadol and tramacet at the same time?

ive excepting that got 1 50mg of tramadol left and i take 2 each 4 hours but ive got more, Tramacet 37.5 mg/325 mg film-coated tablets (Paracetamol, Tramadol hydrochloride) such cud i take 1 tramadol and 1 tramacet at not various time? thanks
