for pain it is quite effectiv epecially if u combine it with an over the counter med like aleve or tylenol. personally I think it lies somewhere between codeine and hydro. not sure if u also want to know this and I apologize if no but as far as producing opiate like euphoria it sucks. people that say it does are full of crap. all it will do in high doses is maybe stimulate a little and give u massive seizures. I took 8 and had a grand mal and Ive known a lot of people who had the same hing happen. it is however decent for depression<br/>

I took it for a while for my back pain I eventually had to go to Hydrocodone(vicoden) so I am thinking that while it is several steps above an otc it is not as strong as vicodenHope this helped-- <br/>
