It is very good for the pain in my back and the pain I had after my op. You have to be careful with it as it can become addictive. I was warned by my dr that it can make the effect of valium and other meds that make you drowsy worse. Other that that im not sure what to say.<br/>

It is a synthetic opiate like pain killer that can be extremely addictive. It is good for pain in higher doses of 100 -200 mg. It makes you feel a euphoric high as with all pain killers. When I take it, I feel like I have more strength and energy. Every person is different though because some people get drowsy from it. It causes heart palpitations in some people or even siezures. Over dose can be fatal. <br/>
