I just quit taking tramadol ultram about 5 days ago cold turkey what do i expect next?

Please help this is horrible im in day 5 or 6 i cant remember but i feel myself getting slowly better. Im getting my energy back and starting to feel better through out the day more and more. I still have some episodes though. I just want to know what can i expect after day 6 of cold turkey. I am also drinking to help relieve the withdrawals. ANY help would be appreciated<br/>
