How can ultram tramadol be addicting like hydrocodone when i don039t feel anything after i take it?

You don't always feel the same way around every drug. Personally I don't feel any different when I take percocet, darvocet, vicodin, or ultram, but all of them have addiction problems. Ultram is considered less addicting and with less side effects than the previously mentioned drugs, but the fact remains, that on the chemical level it has the same sort of structure as vicodin. <br/>
