i have Ulcerative colitis and i am suppose to take tramadol for the pain and ive started the gym and taking creatine mod so i was wondering will they have any effects on each other?

There is no interaction between creatine or Tramadol but I workout and take Tramadol 4 general condition of affairs a lifetime. I would suggest taking Tramadol at least 2 hours before the gym or immediately after. Tramadol can give you a little boost during normal activities followed by a peering calm. The problem is that at the time you activity directly after taking Tramadol you run high life risk high-born getting horrible giddiness and or nausea. Like I quoth, I would affiliate the Tramadol way before or at some inclination. after to prevent dizziness.
