Proscons of dna swab drug test vs hair analysis and would tramadol use show up as opiate use?

I know that you would have to show proof of a prescription but what if you took one pill every day for chronic pain or something? Would they automatically mistake it for Heroin use? What about Oxycontin?<br/>
